Job Title: Perinatal Service Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Perinatal Service Manager to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Perinatal Service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Perinatal Service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients and their families.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service performance and patient outcomes.
  • Manage and develop a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent care.
  • Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with Trust policies and procedures, as well as national guidelines and regulations.
