We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Perinatal Service Manager to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality perinatal services across Torbay and West Devon.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of perinatal services, ensuring they meet the needs of local populations and align with national strategy and guidance.
- Provide operational and performance management, ensuring all targets and KPIs are met.
- Collaborate with commissioners, stakeholders, and partners to ensure effective governance and delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain high-quality clinical practice, ensuring a competent and responsive workforce.
- Ensure effective communication and working relationships with staff, stakeholders, and partners.
- Manage complex and challenging situations, including workforce and resource management.
- Lead on long-term projects and strategic direction, ensuring compliance with national guidance and legislation.
