We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Programme Manager to join our award-winning business at Hurst Point Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our processes meet regulatory requirements, working closely with our investment managers to champion a positive, efficient compliance programme that prioritises great outcomes for our clients.

A competitive salary of £60,000 + benefits, including private medical insurance and paid birthday leave, is on offer. You will also have opportunities to volunteer for charity and benefit from hybrid working arrangements after completing your training period.

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in financial services, particularly in product governance or compliance roles, as well as in-depth knowledge of UK financial regulations and a strong understanding of investment products, portfolio construction, and risk management.
