About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Quality Manager to join our team at Cathedral Appointments Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and developing effective quality management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Certification: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001) certifications and support other regulatory requirements.
  • Certification Support: Assist with IECEx, ATEX, and UKEx certifications.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and update relevant statistical tracking data and reports.
  • Emergency Response Planning: Develop and implement emergency response systems and health, safety, and environmental plans.
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management strategies to improve overall organisational performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 5 years' experience in occupational HSE and working with Integrated Management Systems.
  • Growth and Development: A desire to develop and grow your career in the QSHE arena.
  • Communication and Organisation: Excellent communication and organisation skills, attention to detail, and ability to use own initiative.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
