Quality Manager for Part 66 Provision Job Description

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager to lead our Part 66 provision team. As a key member of our aviation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our services, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining strong relationships with our partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance systems and procedures to ensure compliance with CAA regulations.
  • Leading the Part 66 provision team to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our students and employers.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with the CAA, other regulatory bodies, and industry partners to ensure we stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of the aviation industry, with a focus on Part 66 maintenance training organisations.
  • Proven experience in a quality management role, with a track record of delivering high-quality results and driving continuous improvement.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.
