Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Programme & Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile construction projects across the globe.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

About the Role

In this role, you will manage every aspect of the project lifecycle from bid stage to delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes and client satisfaction. You will also oversee sub consultants and contractors, supporting account managers with monthly reports and weekly client updates.

  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Project and Programme Management Services across diverse projects.
  • Work independently with senior support, maintaining a proactive approach.
  • Oversee sub consultants and contractors to ensure quality delivery.
  • Support account managers with monthly reports and weekly client updates, managing project changes.
  • Understand and manage client's programme and project objectives.
  • Contribute to project governance and fee management activities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Qualifications:
  • A construction-related qualification.
  • Professional Membership:
  • A member or candidate for membership of a professional body (RICS, APM, CIOB).
  • Skills and Experience:
  • Highly motivated, independent worker with attention to detail.
  • Experience in delivering building projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience with JCT and/or NEC contract administration.
  • Ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
