Front Desk Associate Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working evenings. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors. Your duties will include operating the reception desk and switchboard, managing a computerised system for helpdesk requests, and assisting with administrative tasks such as recording maintenance requests and processing invoices.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the needs of our students and staff. You will be part of a close-knit team, working together to ensure the smooth operation of our front desk and reception services. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £23,482 per annum, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, life insurance, pension, training opportunities, and a cycle to work scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an excellent reception service to students and office staff
  • Manage a computer-based property management database to track maintenance work
  • Assist with procurement of goods and services through the purchase system
  • Liaise with university clients, subcontractors, and UPP staff to resolve queries

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will have experience working in a similar environment, excellent communication and administration skills, and proficiency in using databases and spreadsheets. You should also be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders, including students, staff, and external partners.

Salary Range: £23,000 - £25,500 per annum
