We are looking for an experienced Office Management Professional to join our team at Tyler Griffen Limited.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment, supporting our Directors, Managers, and PAs with their daily tasks.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of £23,000 + benefits package, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, answering phone calls, and taking messages.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, handling their queries, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Carrying out general administration tasks, such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and post duties.
  • Maintaining our client database, updating records, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Booking meeting rooms, preparing them for meetings, and ensuring all necessary equipment and stationery are available.
  • Preparing and sending letters using MS Word.
  • Managing Excel spreadsheets, maintaining up-to-date information, and performing data analysis.
  • Collaborating with the Office Manager on event planning and organisation.
  • Supporting staff with expense claim forms and courier services.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
