**Job Overview:**

As a Cultural Education Specialist, you will be part of the dynamic team that is developing a new national programme of support called the Cultural Education Network. This exciting opportunity will allow you to help forge the direction this role takes, taking a data-driven approach through research and co-creation work.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other team members, schools, and organisations to build the confidence, skills, and capabilities of teachers and cultural educators in developing cultural offers for children and young people.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating webinars & in-person events
  • Delivering 1:1 online support sessions
  • Developing CPD opportunities and resources for teachers and cultural educators
  • Collaborating with colleagues, teachers, and educators from the arts and culture sector to continually develop the Cultural Education Network
  • Working closely with our partners across England to ensure our offer complements others

This role requires an approachable, proactive, empathetic, and collaborative individual who can contribute to the bigger picture and use evidence-led approaches.

**Benefits:**
