Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Culture Transformation Specialist to join our client's team in Middleton. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in cultivating a positive and engaging workplace culture.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, ideally within a standalone role, with a great commercial mindset and a proactive approach. Experience with HR systems is essential, with People HR experience being preferable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Culture Development: Develop and implement strategies to create a supportive culture across diverse teams.
  • Trusted Advisor: Provide guidance to C-suite leadership on HR matters, maintaining open communication and reinforcing company values.
  • Recruitment & Retention: Lead recruitment initiatives, leveraging platforms like Indeed to reduce reliance on external recruiters.
  • Performance & Development: Coach line leaders, ensuring effective appraisals, performance management, and goal-setting processes.
  • Policy & Process Improvement: Refresh policies, company values, and processes, updating the framework last refreshed in 2020.
