Join Our Team: Completely Care is committed to providing exceptional care and support services to young mothers in Oxfordshire. We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Support Worker to join our team as a Temporary Support Worker.

About the Position: As a Temporary Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to young mothers, including emotional support, guidance, and practical assistance. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective support plans and strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to young moms
  • Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands
  • Offer advice on parenting techniques, healthy lifestyles, and self-care
  • Organize and facilitate support groups and educational workshops
  • Connect young mums with community resources and services
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress

Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for supporting young mothers
  • Empathy, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience working with young mothers or in a similar role (preferred)
  • Knowledge of community resources and services for young parents
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of young moms
  • Non-judgmental attitude and respect for diversity

Estimated Salary: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
