About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Practitioner to join our team at Service Care Solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with vulnerable young people and their families.

As a Recovery Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of young people across Oxfordshire, providing them with guidance, support, and access to resources. You will work closely with partner agencies to ensure that young people receive the best possible support.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To build strong relationships with young people aged 8-25 years old
  • Provide guidance and support to young people and their families
  • To carry a caseload of young people and adults
  • Carry out assessments, care planning, and interventions
  • To engage with young people and their families in various settings

Requirements:

  • Experience working within the Substance Misuse field
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Experience of community engagement and delivering group work
