We are seeking an experienced Lead Therapist for Education and Community to join our team at ocva. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of interventions to support vulnerable young people and their families in Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

Your responsibilities will include mentoring and supervising junior therapists, developing and implementing new intervention programs, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus 25 days' holiday and additional leave over the Christmas break. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as flexible working arrangements.
