**Job Description:** Engineering Leadership Director

**Estimated Salary:** £110,000 - £140,000 per annum

This senior leadership role involves driving innovation, overseeing engineering projects, and ensuring the company remains at the forefront of its industry.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications
  • Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Key responsibilities include:
