Job Title: IT Engineering Director

About the Role

The IT Engineering Director will oversee the global IT engineering team responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems to support Arm's engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the IT engineering function, aligning it with Arm's overall goals and objectives.
  • Infuse data-driven intelligence into every element of our IT operations using AI.
  • Lead high-performance computing initiatives and manage Linux OS across data centers and cloud environments.
  • Redefine infrastructure by leveraging virtualization platforms (VMware/VCenter), Kubernetes infrastructure, and cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in IT engineering with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
  • Solid grasp of High Performance Compute environments including LSF, FlexNet Manager, Rescale, RabbitMQ, and related technologies.

Estimated Salary:

120000 - 180000 per annum
