Audit Director Job Opportunity in East Anglia

The Role

This leadership position involves:

  • Leading & Developing: Manage and mentor the audit team, fostering growth and excellence.
  • Client Relationships: Build trusted connections with clients, delivering high-quality audit services.
  • Strategic Leadership: Contribute to business development initiatives, client tenders, and market expansion.
  • Agile Working: Enjoy flexible working arrangements, combining office, client site, and home working.
What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Significant UK audit practice experience (ICAEW/ACCA qualified).
  • Expertise in UK GAAP, with IFRS experience as a bonus.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a passion for developing teams and driving results.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.

Salary Estimate: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum
