Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in a retail environment
• Work as part of a diverse and motivated team to deliver high standards of customer service, availability and presentation, compliance, and engagement with the local community
• Support the ongoing growth and evolution of the business by striving to attract and delight new and existing customers every day
Requirements:
• Friendly and approachable attitude
• Effective communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
• Basic level of numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
