Senior Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our dedicated team in the Grimsby area. As a Senior Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Emotional and Social, and Mental Health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Positive Behaviour Support services to children and young people with complex needs.
  • Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualised support plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Positive Behaviour Support policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Essential experience working with children and young people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
  • Positive Behaviour Support experience and knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
  • UK Driver's License and access to your own car.
