Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, and nonverbal communication requirements.
  • Encourage service users to engage in a range of social activities, both within and outside their homes, promoting independence and community integration.
  • Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families, enabling them to feel valued and supported.
  • Administer and monitor prescribed medication to service users, ensuring their health and well-being are prioritized.
Requirements:

Previous care experience is essential for this role. We offer flexible full and part-time hours, including weekend work and bank holidays. The service has excellent public transport links, making it easily accessible.

As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service, including directions.

You will be paid weekly, providing a stable income. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.
