Creative Support Ltd is a leading provider of person-centred care and support services for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions, physical sensory impairment, and older people.

We are seeking an experienced practitioner to join our team as a Senior Support Worker in our supported living service in Grimsby.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respectful personal care, emotional, and practical support to service users
  • Develop daily living skills with service users to maximize their independence
  • Identify and access opportunities and activities for social inclusion with service users
  • Collaborate with service users, families, and friends, and involved professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service
  • Supervise staff and deploy staff resources effectively to meet the needs of the service
  • Assist the project manager in ensuring that the service meets all the requirements and standards set by commissioners, Creative Support, and other stakeholders
