We are seeking an experienced practitioner to join our team as a Senior Support Worker in our supported living service in Grimsby.
Key Responsibilities- Provide respectful personal care, emotional, and practical support to service users
- Develop daily living skills with service users to maximize their independence
- Identify and access opportunities and activities for social inclusion with service users
- Collaborate with service users, families, and friends, and involved professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service
- Supervise staff and deploy staff resources effectively to meet the needs of the service
- Assist the project manager in ensuring that the service meets all the requirements and standards set by commissioners, Creative Support, and other stakeholders
