Senior Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our dedicated team in the Grimsby area. As a Senior Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Positive Behaviour Support services to children and young people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Emotional and Social, and Mental Health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality Positive Behaviour Support service, in line with legislation, regulatory standards, and contractual requirements.
- Support children and young people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Emotional and Social, and Mental Health needs, including behaviours that challenge.
- Work collaboratively with families and other professionals to enhance the quality of life for children and young people.
- Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide training and support to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality Positive Behaviour Support services.
Requirements:
- Essential - Experience working with Children and Young People with Learning Disabilities (LD) and Autism, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience required.
- UK Driver's License and access to your own car.
