Positive Behaviour Support Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Positive Behaviour Support Lead to join our dedicated team in the Grimsby area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with a young person, their family, carers, and other professionals to ensure the delivery of a high-quality Positive Behaviour Support service.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in creating and implementing PBS Support Plans, troubleshooting and adapting PBS Support Plans, and working with children and young people with Learning Disabilities (LD) and Autism. A strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting young people with complex needs is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PBS Support Plans to support the young person's quality of life
- Work closely with the young person, their family, carers, and other professionals to ensure the delivery of a high-quality Positive Behaviour Support service
- Provide training and guidance to key stakeholders on PBS strategies and techniques
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PBS Support Plans and make recommendations for improvement
