Industrial Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing team in Northern Ireland. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to contribute to the growth of our business and make a lasting impact.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships, expanding existing ones, and driving revenue growth in their designated region. To achieve this, they will work closely with our Internal Sales Team, Product Line Managers, and customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per year, plus quarterly bonuses, company vehicle, iPhone, and laptop. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and grow professionally.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Relevant sales experience in industrial or mechanical engineering
- Degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering (beneficial but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach
