Clinical Specialist (Behavior Specialist) at Sevita

We are seeking a Clinical Specialist (Behavior Specialist) to provide services in residential, vocational, or in-home settings.

The successful candidate will ensure that support plans and services adhere to Individual Plans, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include conducting observations of the individual in various settings, assisting with socialization and behavioral development, personal care, housekeeping, recreational activities, transportation, community orientation, shopping, financial management, citizenship, and other activities of daily living as needed.

Additionally, the Clinical Specialist may accompany individuals to medical appointments, relay instructions and information to and from medical providers, and transport individuals into the community while driving safely and according to local laws.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a human services field, training in behavior modification techniques, knowledge of specialized populations, and a current driver's license.

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
