Role Description

As a School Mental Health Assistant, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to students facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

You will work closely with class teachers, psychologists, and therapists to develop personalized support plans and assist students with daily tasks and activities.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate or recent graduate with a degree in Psychology or Criminology, looking to gain experience supporting students with complex needs, including those affected by trauma and attachment disorders, anxiety, and behavioral difficulties.

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires open-mindedness, resilience, and passion for mental health.
