Libertatem Healthcare are seeking to recruit Brian Injury support worker's to support our Male client who lives in Abingdon with his wife and two young children.

Our client is currently in hospital and is due to be discharged shortly.

**Brain injury, peg feeding and challenging behavior experience are essential for this role**

**Hours**

0800-2000 Day Shift (7 days a week)

**Responsibilities**

Supporting the client with daily living

Personal care, medication and general household tasks,

Providing the client with encouragement and motivation.

Assisting with Rehabilitation Program.

**Training & Background Checks**

An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
