Job Title: Finance Administrator Position
The position of a Finance Administrator has become available at Sheridan Maine (Midlands) in Reading, offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up starters and leavers on the payroll system.
- Maintaining accurate employee information within the system.
- Calculating statutory payments such as Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP), and Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP).
- Liaising with external agencies including HMRC and pension providers.
- Processing P11D returns.
- Resolving payroll-related queries.
- Generating payroll reports.
- General payroll administration duties.
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
- Prior payroll experience.
- An understanding of manual payroll calculations.
- Good IT skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
