Job Title: Finance Administrator Position

The position of a Finance Administrator has become available at Sheridan Maine (Midlands) in Reading, offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up starters and leavers on the payroll system.
  • Maintaining accurate employee information within the system.
  • Calculating statutory payments such as Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP), and Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP).
  • Liaising with external agencies including HMRC and pension providers.
  • Processing P11D returns.
  • Resolving payroll-related queries.
  • Generating payroll reports.
  • General payroll administration duties.

To be considered for this role, you will possess:

  • Prior payroll experience.
  • An understanding of manual payroll calculations.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
