Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Administration Manager to join our dynamic team at Alexander Lloyd.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in dealing with DB schemes and expert knowledge in pensions administration and legislation.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership position within our pioneering Pensions Consultancy.

  • Ensure high-quality pension administration services, providing expert support on pension enquiries.
  • Oversee client relationships with trustees and corporate clients, participating in strategic business changes.
  • Manage all aspects of administration billing and train and support team members, promoting professional development.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

Key Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant work experience are required for this role. Significant experience in dealing with DB schemes and expert knowledge in pensions administration and legislation are essential.

Location

Reading office

Work Arrangement

Full-time, permanent basis with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Salary

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum (estimated), depending on location and experience.
