About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Accounts Administrator to join our team at CV-Library. This role offers the opportunity to work on various aspects of payroll and accounting, utilising your administrative skills to maintain accurate records and process financial transactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll data into our software programme, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Producing and reviewing payroll reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Managing sales invoices and credits, allocating cash to client accounts and ensuring reconciliation of these transactions.
- Maintaining accurate records for payroll and accounts, including banking and reconciliations.
- Working closely with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of payroll and accounting processes.
- Generating and sending remittance advices, uploading information generated from the payroll system and performing general ad hoc duties as required.
What You'll Need: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent administrative skills, with a focus on attention to detail and organisational ability. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, as well as previous experience in a similar administrative position. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial, with strong communication skills and a professional approach.
Salary Estimate: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
