About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Change Manager to join our team at Capita, a leading provider of business process management and technology solutions. As an Operational Change Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the successful delivery of business change initiatives, monitoring and evaluating progress, and providing feedback to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Change Management: Develop and implement effective change management plans, providing guidance to project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of business change initiatives.
  • Business Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to identify business change requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Communications and Training: Develop and implement change management communication plans, providing training and development programs to support the adoption of business change initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage stakeholders, providing regular updates on the progress of business change initiatives and ensuring appropriate reporting mechanisms are in place.
  • Risk and Benefit Management: Monitor and manage the risks associated with change initiatives, ensuring appropriate measures are in place to mitigate those risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business change management, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the organization's change management capabilities.
About You
  • Strong Business Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of business change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent Project Management Skills: Demonstrate excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective Stakeholder Management: Possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
