Job Title: Warehouse Shift Manager

Location: Remote (with occasional on-site visits)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to join our team at Pod Talent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring seamless logistics and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of warehouse supervisors and operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
  • Implement and lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency
  • Monitor team performance, development, and wellbeing, working towards growth and improvement of personal and team KPIs
  • Manage drivers, delivery routes, and logistics operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar industry in a warehouse managerial or team-leading role
  • Proven track record in mentoring, coaching, and driving high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to adapt to and implement new operational processes in a rapidly growing environment
  • Proficiency and knowledge in WMS (Warehouse Management System) and MS Office
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and supply chain management
  • Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
