Shift Pattern: 4 days on - 4 days off
Pod Talent is excited to partner with an ambitious, rapidly growing, and genuinely sustainable logistics company. As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you will take charge of day-to-day operations and team management, overseeing:
- Inventory control and management
- Logistics coordination and optimization
- Financial management and reporting
You will work closely with a dedicated team to establish the most efficient warehousing processes, ensuring:
- Effective team management and development
- High-performing team KPIs
- Compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 2 warehouse supervisors and 20-30 operatives per shift
- Monitor team performance, development, and wellbeing
- Drive growth and improvement of personal and team KPIs
- Manage drivers, delivery routes, and logistics operations
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar industry in a warehouse managerial or team-leading role
- Proven track record in mentoring, coaching, and driving high-performing teams
- Proficiency and knowledge in WMS (Warehouse Management System) and MS Office
- In-depth knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and supply chain management
