Warehouse Operations Manager

Role: Warehouse Shift Manager – Day or Night Shift (7am-7pm/7pm-7am)
Shift Pattern: 4 days on - 4 days off
Pod Talent is excited to partner with an ambitious, rapidly growing, and genuinely sustainable logistics company. As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you will take charge of day-to-day operations and team management overseeing inventory control, logistics coordination, financial management, and reporting. At this new site, you'll work closely with a dedicated team to establish the most efficient warehousing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 2 warehouse supervisors and 20-30 operatives per shift.
- Monitor the performance, development, and wellbeing of the team while working towards growth and improvement of your personal and team KPIs.
- Manage drivers, delivery routes, and logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar industry in a warehouse managerial or team-leading role.
- A proven track record in mentoring, coaching, and driving high-performing teams.
- Proficiency and knowledge in WMS (Warehouse Management System) and MS Office.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and supply chain management.
