Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of warehouse supervisors and operatives, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
- Inventory Control: Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate and manage the movement of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage warehouse expenses, ensuring compliance with company budgets and financial policies.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on warehouse performance, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years' experience in a similar industry in a warehouse managerial or team-leading role.
