Flight Control Systems Consultant

£40 p/h PAYE basic (£45.82 p/h including holiday pay) or £52.78 p/h Umbrella

We are seeking an experienced Flight Control Systems Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the development of new Falconworks program and provide expert knowledge in actuation and landing gear specialist domains.

  1. Interfacing with CEM, System Delivery Units and Air Functions to ensure appropriate support to Integration activities across all Falconworks Programmes.
  2. Collation of evidence in support of product release, including creation of any Air Vehicle SoD, CoD and limitations.

The consultant will work closely with key suppliers to identify and engineer solutions to meet challenging first flight timescales and subsequent spiral development.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordination/management of deviations, waivers, WQNs and SPRs.
