About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Trainer to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to staff members across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of staff members across the region
  • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback and coaching as needed, and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement training strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of staff training and development, and provide regular reports to management on training progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Strong background in training and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £30,841 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus.
