EMR | Specialist in Marketing Recruitment is seeking a Customer Relationship Management Strategist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing CRM / cross-sell strategies for defined geographies.

Key responsibilities include managing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, conducting regular review meetings with partners, and contributing to the strategic direction of the company's Marketing CRM efforts.

The successful candidate will identify opportunities to enhance customer segmentation, targeting, and engagement strategies within the Marketing CRM.

Additionally, they will supervise email and push notification communications, ensuring timely, relevant, and personalized outreach.

It is essential that the CRM activities comply with privacy regulations and best practices.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful campaigns and automated journeys.

A working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM software is required.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in integrated loyalty and retention marketing campaigns and activity across all aspects of the marketing mix.

A strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data is essential.

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also required.

Prior experience in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment is preferred.

The base salary for this role is £70-80,000, plus bonus.

The role involves 3 days in the office.
