We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Healthcare Nurse to join our team at The Farndon Unit in Newark, Nottinghamshire. As a Physical Healthcare Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, promoting health and wellbeing for people with complex needs.

">About the Role:
As a Physical Healthcare Nurse, you will lead and coordinate all aspects of the physical health needs of service users. This includes monitoring observations and assessments to identify any actions that need to be addressed and documented. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that service users receive high-quality care.

  • Understand the physical health care needs for individuals who are living with an acquired brain injury
