Teaching Assistant/Unqualified Teacher Role Overview

We are currently seeking experienced and qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) or unqualified teachers to join our team in the Newark and Nottingham area. As a teaching assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a lively and rewarding environment, supporting both students and teachers in education settings, including SEND settings, nurseries, and primary schools.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers with the planning and delivering of lessons, including a focus on students with SEMH and SEND
Provide one-to-one support to students that require a little bit of extra help
Individualized learning: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
Creating a positive environment for young learners to thrive in

Requirements:
Must have UK-based experience working with children in an education setting
Qualified/experienced as a HLTA/unqualified teacher
Availability: Flexible day-to-day working, possibility of regular full and part-time work
