Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teaching assistant to join our team at Aspire People Limited. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or unqualified teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a lively and rewarding environment, supporting both students and teachers in education settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery, including support for students with SEMH and SEND.
  • Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional help.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students.
  • Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with children in an education setting.
  • Qualified or experienced as a HLTA/unqualified teacher.
  • Flexible availability for day-to-day work, with possibilities for regular full and part-time work.
