Job Description

CMA Recruitment Group is thrilled to be partnering with a forward-thinking and innovative organisation in the finance sector seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven financial professional to join the team on a hybrid basis with only one day a week required in the office (remote working will also be considered). With recent private equity investment, this organisation is looking to enhance their finance team and drive continued growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Produce monthly management accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial information.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare financial planning and analysis, including KPI management, to support business decision-making.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and perform reconciliations to ensure financial stability.
  • Financial Systems: Develop and maintain accounting and management information systems and reports.
  • Team Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting processes, supporting team development and growth.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Qualified accountant (ACMA/ACCA/ACA) with experience in monthly management accounts.
  • Financial Analysis: Strong experience in budget preparation and financial analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent spreadsheet skills and experience with Xero preferred.
  • Communication: Effective communicator with the ability to work well with senior management.
  • Time Management: Capable of managing workload and priorities to meet key deadlines.
  • Decision-Making: Ability to influence decision-making through clear financial presentation.
