- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with our team and clients, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Software Development: Proficiency in software development using Python and experience with agile methodologies.
- Operational Analysis: Strong understanding of operational analysis approaches and techniques, including requirements gathering and software design.
- Data Analysis: Highly numerate with strong data analysis skills, including experience with data science techniques and advanced data analysis in Excel.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with team members and clients, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Education: Degree, MSc, or equivalent in a relevant field.
- UK MoD Experience: Experience working within the UK Ministry of Defence.
- UI/UX Design: Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience with designing and deploying Microsoft365, SharePoint, PowerBI, Dataverse, and PowerApps solutions.
- Discrete Event Simulation: Experience with discrete event simulation and data science techniques.
- Advanced VBA: Advanced VBA skills and experience with data analysis in Excel.
