About the Role

As a Programme Manager at Peabody, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a Repairs Transformation programme to improve our repairs service offering to residents. This is a key role that will require you to work collaboratively with various teams to drive change and deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps to drive programme delivery
  • Provide expert guidance and project leadership to projects within the programme
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and project teams to deliver programme objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and other teams
  • Assess and scope programmes and projects to ensure they meet customer needs
Requirements
  • Seasoned Programme Manager with experience of delivering change programmes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Customer-focused with a strong understanding of customer needs
  • Ability to assess and scope programmes and projects
