Job Title: Programme Manager

European LifeCare Group is a leading provider of vaccination clinics and on-site vaccination programs across Denmark, the UK, and the Netherlands. We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Programme Manager will be responsible for managing and leading teams to ensure day-to-day operational delivery and service management for clinical and non-clinical services. This includes ensuring programme completion within budget and agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly line manage team members working within the programme, ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for local uptake levels and working to targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Local Authority groups, NHS commissioners, and other external stakeholders to provide information on the delivery of the service.
  • Responsible for all programme-level strategic planning and implementing change and process improvements.
  • Manage resources (workforce, etc.) and reduce operational costs where necessary.
  • Prepare reports, analytical data, and updates for management.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritise potential risks and vulnerabilities across the delivery framework.
  • Plan and execute local Health Promotion for all programmes.
Requirements
  • Degree-educated
  • Evidence of ability to deliver large, complex programmes in a highly regulated industry
  • Lead and manage collaborative working across divisional and organisational multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to deliver improvements in clinical and non-clinical environments
  • Knowledge of Care Quality Commission desirable (CQC)
  • Strong leadership qualities to lead, empower, and motivate teams
  • Experience in budgetary and data analysis reporting
  • Prioritise and manage own workload without supervision
  • Assertive, team player, and critical thinker
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills
