Job Title: Programme Manager

As a Programme Manager at Peabody, you will play a crucial role in delivering a Repairs Transformation programme to improve our repairs service offering to residents. You will be responsible for leading the programme, working with both change and operational teams, and ensuring the delivery of business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for the programme
  • Provide expert guidance and project leadership to projects within the programme
  • Support the practical delivery of the programme for residents and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to improve Peabody's repair service
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders to deliver concise information on delivery
Requirements:
  • Seasoned Programme Manager with experience of delivering change programmes
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to adapt style to suit audience
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Customer-focused with ability to assess large amounts of information
  • Experience in delivering repair programmes
