Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Quality Manager to lead our quality team in implementing exceptional quality systems and practices for a leading manufacturing business in Norfolk. The successful candidate will earn a salary of approximately £50,000 per annum and have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with industry-leading standards.

About the Role

The Quality Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing ISO 9001 systems, managing quality processes, and ensuring product excellence meets customer expectations. This requires collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to achieve key performance targets and foster a culture of quality throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and manage the ISO 9001 Quality System to maintain compliance and approvals.
  • Lead the Quality Department, overseeing daily quality records, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage non-conformance systems and customer complaints effectively.
  • Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and ensure all processes align with company standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing ISO 9001 Quality Systems and auditing processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to analyse and report on quality data effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to interact confidently at all levels of the business.
  • Proficiency in using quality tools and techniques to resolve issues and implement improvements.
