About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Excellence Leader to drive quality initiatives across multiple businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct internal and external quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with customers and vendors to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve quality excellence.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance).
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a quality manager.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
