**About the Role:** Workplace Excellence Lead

Location: Long Stratton, Norwich, Norfolk

Job Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Salary: £38,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly motivated Workplace Excellence Lead to join our team at Saffron Housing. In this role, you will be responsible for driving excellence in all aspects of our organisation, focusing on creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and productivity of our employees.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve workplace engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver training programmes that promote positive workplace relationships and behaviours.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on workplace-related issues, including conflict resolution and employee well-being.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with employment legislation and best practices.
