Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Hyundai CPO Sales and Market Share Performance
  • Develop Retailer CPO Commercial Policy
  • Work Cross-Functionally to Ensure Effective Deployment of CPO Strategy
  • Work Cross-Industry with Key Stakeholders to Open CPO Supply Channels
  • Ensure Sufficient Capacity and Capability within the Hyundai Network
  • Work with HCUK to Ensure Competitive Finance Products
  • Work with UVL Partner to Ensure Best-in-Class Customer and Retailer Experience
  • Work with HMUK Network Development Team to Measure Retailer Used Car Performance
  • Develop Specific ZEV Strategy for CPO
  • Work with Marketing Team to Ensure Sufficient CPO Media and Marketing Initiatives
  • Provide Monthly KPI Reporting
Personal Specifications
  • Minimum Five Years' Experience in UK OEM Sales and Marketing Environment
  • Strong Understanding of Used Car Acquisition Methods and Strategy
  • Demonstrable Go-to-Market Strategy Deployment
  • Highly Numerate and Comfortable Working with Data and Market Intelligence
  • Capable and Confident at C-Suite Engagement and Influencing
  • Strong, Challenging, and Competitive Individual with Drive to Get Results
  • Ability to Manage, Adapt, and Optimise Business Processes
  • Able to Travel the UK to Visit Retailers and National Events
  • Personable and Able to Build and Maintain Strong Business Relationships
