We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Child Development Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Child Development Assistant, you will support the development of children with moderate learning difficulties and additional mental health needs.
About the Role:- Work closely with the class teacher to provide individualised support and education to students.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote social, emotional, and mental well-being in students.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- A passion for supporting children's development and well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to remain patient and composed when working with challenging behaviours.
- A willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
